The level of coverage you receive under the CDCP is determined by your adjusted family net income. Marble Dental Centre provides an easy-to-understand breakdown of just how those levels of coverage work:

• 100% Coverage: For families whose adjusted net income is $0 to $70,000, CDCP covers 100% of eligible services; therefore, no out-of-pocket expenses are incurred for these families.
• Co-pay Structure: A household earning between $70,000 to $90,000 would have a 20% co-pay, and for those earning between $90,000 to $150,000, it will be 40%. You will only have to pay part of the costs as most will be borne by the CDCP.
• Additional Fees: Additional fees sometimes have to be paid, especially when your treatment requires services beyond what is usually covered. Our team works directly with you to help explain costs so you’ll understand your portion of your financial responsibility.

 

Pre-authorization for Certain Services

Some of the dental services can be pre-authorized under the CDCP to ascertain that they meet the admissible eligibility criteria.
